We are currently looking for a Clinical Bilingual Intern to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Provide therapy and clinical counseling services to individuals, couples, and families. Christian counseling is also required upon the client's request.

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs. 

• Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychiatrists, clinicians, administrative staff, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care. 

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation. 

• Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field of social work 

• Attend regular supervision meetings to discuss cases and receive guidance. 

• Co-facilitate groups as needed.

Qualifications: 

• Bilingual in Spanish 

• Currently enrolled in a master's social work or related program, pursuing a degree in social work, counseling, or a related field. 

• Knowledge of counseling theories. 

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. 

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with clients. 

• Familiarity with Christian counseling preferred but must be willing to learn. 

 

Commitment: 9 months
