Healing Grounds Wellness Center is looking for a highly motivated and hard-working Bilingual intern or person to create content, launch, and publish throughout our various social media channels such as TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. Must have great writing, clear and concise writing skills and be able to communicate and work as a team.

Requirements:

• Hours:

• 300.00 monthly

• Posts, Reels, or stories 1 mental health posts per day. The post will need to be translated in Spanish.

• Approximately 4-5 hours per week.

• Flexible hours-make your own schedule.

• Bilingual in Spanish

• Creativity is a must!

Responsibilities:

• Promote and help creative content on our social media platforms. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with digital publishing and generating traffic and leads.

• Candidates are expected to monitor and analyze the effectiveness of the strategies used and make changes to them accordingly to drive user engagement, generate inbound traffic, strengthen brand awareness, and build customer loyalty

• Work alongside the team to create a plan for social media strategies.

• Assist in the growth of the organization by raising awareness of mental health through various social media platforms.

• Monitor postings to ensure message is consistent with the terminology used to images posted.

• Aid in the daily aspects of promoting the company's campaigns and interact with followers by communicating and answering questions through the company's social pages.

• Assist in implementing plans to increase followers on popular social media websites such as TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn and Facebook.

• Ability to come to the office and record videos 1x a month for reels.

• Must be able to have new ideas, and be creative in order to increase our social media audience and presence to get more viewers and followers.
