Bilingual (SPA) Admin Intern Psychology &
Social Work Majors 

The mission of Healing Grounds Wellness Center, LLC is to provide a warm, compassionate, and safe environment through clinical counseling where diverse individuals from any ethnicity can find their true freedom to wholeness. 


Healing Grounds Wellness Center, is a place where healing begins from the beginning of a phone call and intake process. We believe in a holistic eclectic approach; Emotional, Physical, Mental, and Spiritual. Our staff provides Clinical services, and Christian counseling per request. 


The  administrative assistant intern (Bilingual- Spanish Speaking) must be able to help with our administrative responsibilities. 


This position includes  communicating regularly with clients and prospective clients in need of counseling, communicating with other mental health providers, managing clinicians' schedules, ensuring data is uploaded to our social media regularly, along with other administrative duties. 


This is a great opportunity for Psychology and Social Work undergraduates. Sophomores, juniors, and seniors are highly encouraged to apply to gain experience within the field! 


Our ideal candidate is bilingual- Spanish speaking, with strong communication skills, organization skills, and experience in social media management. 



This is a 9-month internship position. 


Proficient in MSW, Google Slides/doc, Excel, PowerPoint, professional writing of letters and emails, and use of various computer programs. Excellent Communication skills and the ability to update social media regularly are vital. 


Must be able to work independently, be organized, and have excellent time management skills. Multitasking is a must! 


Ability to work in a hybrid environment. On site: Min 2x per week. Experience: insurance verification and knowledge preferred 


Hours: 8-15 hours/week (flexible).

This 9-month internship commitment is an excellent way of learning the ins and outs of working in private practice while contributing to your educational success. You will be mentored directly by our very own LCSW, Executive Director, and owner. This educational internship, although has no financial contribution, will provide you with the skills to be prepared for a counseling or social work position in the future. 

Our previous interns have benefited greatly from being part of our team and have learned so much about working with clients in a private practice.
